We quickly realized the hurdles associated with rapid business expansion. As a SaaS platform provider, we experienced remarkable growth but also faced ongoing payment processing issues. Traditional payment companies would withhold our funds for up to 90 days, deeming our growth “unreasonable” within their arbitrary time frames. This frustrating treatment made us feel like criminals and hindered our progress.
Having dealt with numerous payment processors, we took matters into our own hands and decided to revolutionize the way processors interact with their clients by bringing customer service in house. Thus, GoodiePay was born – our payment processing division dedicated to offering merchants an improved tailored experience. This enables us to collaborate exclusively with top-tier partners. By implementing a pre-underwriting process, help identify and potentially avoid any hurdles along the way. By doing this pre-screen we position ourselves as low-risk, allowing us to secure premium rates from card processors.
